1. 个人简介

俞芳,副研究员。2002年山东大学本科毕业,2005年复旦大学硕士毕业。先后在中科院上海神经科学研究所(2005.7-2008.2,研究实习员),美国普林斯顿大学分子生物学系(2008.4-2010.10research specialist),中科院上海生化细胞所(2011.1-2017.4,助理研究员、副研究员)工作。利用生物化学与分子生物学、质谱技术和蛋白质结构生物学等技术手段研究蛋白质的结构与功能的关系,研究成果发表在NatureEMBO RepMol Cell ProteomicsNeuronPLoS BiologyJ Am Soc Mass Spec等国际期刊上。20175月,受聘到上海师范大学生环学院,任副研究员。目前承担国家基金委青年科学基金项目,科技部青年973项目。

2. 主要研究方向

通过植物遗传学、生物化学和结构生物学等手段,开展叶绿体发育和代谢过程的分子机制的研究。
