乔永利,上海师范大学生命科学学院,教授,博士生导师。2008年在韩国首尔大学获得博士学位,2010-2014年在美国加州大学河滨分校做博士后研究,2015年以国家海外高层次人才引进进入中国农业科学院作物科学研究所工作,2018年调入上海师范大学。回国后先后获中国农业科学院A类青年英才计划,国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金项目,面上项目和第12批国家高层次人才青年项目,科技部十三五重点研究项目,上海市曙光人才计划项目资助。目前主要从事植物病原卵菌致病机理研究。近几年来,主要以大豆疫霉和稻瘟菌效应蛋白作为研究对象,从RNA沉默(RNA Silencing)和表观遗传学现象着手,探索RNA沉默和小RNA在抗疫病/稻瘟过程中的作用机理,并首次发现植物病原卵菌可以通过效应分子抑制寄主小分子RNA介导的抗病新机制,以第一或通讯作者在Nature Genetics, PNAS, Nature Communications,Annu Rev Phytopathol. Plant Biotechnology Journal,New Phytologist等国际学术刊物发表论文二十余篇,获发明专利2项。
